The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Artha Grigioni & Grigioni, (hereafter known as ‘Artha’, ‘Artha Collections’, ‘we’ or ‘our’) and any person, whether a natural or legal entity, (hereafter referred to as ‘you’ or ‘customer’) who uses this Web Site (hereafter known as 'site'). By using this site, you agree to follow and be bound by the rules below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site in any way.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notifications and therefore urge you read them before placing an order on www.arthacollections.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these terms and conditions.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the site unless otherwise indicated on the site or unless given express written permission to do so by Artha.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.arthacollections.com (the "site").

Your subscription to our newsletter is by opt-in and the information you give when you opt in is only used to send the newsletter. If you sign up to the mailing list your details are collected and stored by a third party delivery platform: this is currently Mailchimp and there will be an unsubscribe link in any email or newsletter you receive which you can click at any time should you wish to unsubscribe. In order to place an order on the website, you will be asked to provide your personal details and payment details.
You must commit to provide true, accurate, current and complete data. The use of wrong data or the abuse of identity is a fraud and will be prosecuted, according to Swiss penal laws.
Aside from your right of return, you are bound by your order from the moment that payment has been made and an order confirmation sent to you. Please note that the order will not be valid if we cannot verify the shipping address.
All of our prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable VAT.
Shipments to the EU: Applicable VAT and customs or import duties as well as handling fees may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Pricing variations: Prices of the inputs to production can vary for a variety of reasons which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice
We have done our best to make sure all products and colors are displayed accurately. Depending on your computer equipment what you see on your computer screen may vary from the physical product and therefore we are not able to guarantee exact color representation. As our products are also all handmade by artisans in rural conditions, each product can vary slightly from what you see on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns section for further information.
As we produce in limited quantities, all the products sold on this site are subject to availability. If a product you would like is no longer available on the site please send us an e-mail at info@arthacollections.com and we will be sure to advise you when the product or something similar is back in stock.
In the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and we will offer you a full refund.
We may use and promote services provided by outside third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Artha, we do not control these services and make no representations regarding these persons or entities. We are not liable or responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or availability of, any such services or information. Outside sites linked on our site, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.

Artha Collections shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the products purchased from us.
Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Zurich. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavor to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way.
